Following a break, she returned to the SSV fold as team manager of the 12 and Under Girls, before more recently stepping into the managerial role with the 18 and Under Girls.

On the court, Lisa has consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty in carrying out her team manager duties. She is dedicated and selfless. Her expertise in the role, along with her relentless promotion of chocolate milk for recovery, have contributed significantly to both the success of the teams she has been involved with, as well as the enjoyment and positive experience of the players who have been lucky enough to pass through her care.

Off the court, Lisa is always up for a chat – no matter what colors you may be wearing. She brings friendliness and warmth to the Championships that sees her much liked, and highly regarded member of the School Sport Australia Basketball community.

To borrow the words of the current Darryl Bell Memorial Trophy holder, "Lisa - 'Team Manager to the Stars",  is a Star Team Manager and a highly valued SSV official. The other three campaigns all resulted in silver medals.

Several of the student-athletes who have come under Sam's tutelage have gone on to make national Gems and Sapphires teams, others have gone on to play WNBL, and even, dare we say it, AFLW.
